Round Robin is a social enterprise of The Spot and provides services and training to GSFW participants throughout the duration of the course. Participants learn about photography, art, graphic design, how to deal with a work environment, how to deal with clients professionally and still personally, the use of Adobe Photoshop and how to use the EOS 300 and 400 digital cameras and most importantly of all, help build confidence and an understanding of the workplace.

Students work on various projects ranging from CD Artwork (using their own photography and graphic design skills), T-Shirt design, online advertising, canvas art and even street art.

Students successful in completing the course receive a Certificate 1 in Work Education, a portfolio of their works, a myspace page to help promote their work, as well as a hard copy of any CD's of T-Shirts they may design. All students are also considered for freelance work by Round Robin once the course is completed.

Full Rate

For work done purely by Joshua-robin outside work hours as a freelance artist, the rate is set at $80 per hour, permission to place the Round Robin logo on the completed work and 2 final products at the completion of the project for portfolio and client examples.

i.e.: 2 Copies of the fully printed CD if CD artwork has been provided.

Discounted Rate

For work done by Joshua-robin and any current students that are enrolled in the course at that time during class hours, the rate is $40 per hour, permission to place the Round Robin logo on the completed work, 2 final products at the completion of the project for portfolio and client examples plus 1 item per artist that had worked on the project (ie: 2 Copies of the fully printed CD and 3 more copies if 3 artists contributed to the project).

Any student that goes on to work as a freelance artist for Round Robin, will set the rates for their own work at their discretion.

(Round Robin reserves the right the refusal of clients and projects at our discretion.)
